In this program you will discover the unique beauties of magical Kerkyra. We will visit the most picturesque place in Corfu – Paleokastritsa.

It is believed that those who haven’t seen Paleokastritsa haven’t seen Kerkyra. Here on the peninsula there is a monastery of the 13th century which name is “Life-Giving Spring”. There are miraculous icons and the view is really breathtaking.

We will visit the observation platform on Mount Lakones. “Bella Vista” is located 350 meters above the waters of the western coast of Corfu and overlooks the 6 heart-shaped bays of Paleokastritsa.

We will taste the traditional Kum-quat liqueur made from a small Chinese orange, local sweets, wines and olive oil in the village of Makrades.

Also there is the convent of  Paraskeva of Rome in the village of Makrades, with relics and ancient icons. You can see another symbol of Kerkyra from there – the fortress of the Angels or Angelokastro.

Then we will visit the portico of Alipa, where there is a traditional fish tavern. Here you can ride a boat with a captain through the grottoes with stalactites, see the unique reserved beaches and watch the sunset on the Adriatic.
